Hogan
Drs. Joyce and Robert Hogan were the first to prove that personality predicts
workplace performance by helping businesses dramatically reduce turnover and
increase productivity by hiring the right people, developing key talent, and
evaluating leadership potential. Twenty-five years later, our assessments are used
at some of the most powerful companies in the world.
MBTI: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
Personality Type or Psychological Type are terms most commonly associated with the model of personality development created by Isabel Briggs Myers (aka Briggs Meyer, Meyer Briggs, Briggs Myers, Myer Briggs) the author of the world's most widely used personality inventory, the MBTI or Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. ® Myers and her mother, Katharine Briggs, developed their model and inventory around the ideas and theories of psychologist Carl Jung, a contemporary of Sigmund Freud and a leading exponent of Gestalt personality theory.
HBDI:Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®)
By harnessing the power of Whole Brain Thinking -- the awareness of our own and others’ thinking styles, combined with the ability to act outside of our preferred thinking styles -- individuals and companies gain the power to reach goals they never thought possible.
More than a million people worldwide have completed the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®), the assessment tool at the heart of the company’s approach.
Seven out of 10 Fortune 500 companies and more than one-third of Fortune 100 companies have used Herman Internationals services.
DISC
DISC assessment is a behaviour assessment tool based on the DISC theory of psychologist William Marston. Marston's theory centers around four different personality traits: Dominance, Inducement, Submission, and Compliance. This theory was then developed into a personality assessment tool (personality profile test) by industrial psychologist Walter Vernon Clarke.
DiSC is a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. DiSC is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioral differences. If you participate in a DiSC program, you'll be asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behavior.
DiSC profiles help you and your team:
-
Increase your self-knowledge: how you respond to conflict, what motivates you, what causes you stress and how you solve problems
-
Learn how to adapt your own style to get along better with others
-
Foster constructive and creative group interactions
-
Facilitate better teamwork and minimize team conflict
-
Develop stronger sales skills by identifying and responding to customer styles
-
Manage more effectively by understanding the dispositions and priorities of employees and team members
